Coffee on your terms

Hey, still think that good coffee only comes from cafés, and what you find online or in supermarkets is just bland everyday stuff? Enough of that! Now you can get something truly tasty for everyday — right near your home or delivered to your door.

“Duck the Rules” is roasted by the same pros who roast beans for specialty coffee shops. It's just as fresh.

And the bonus? It comes without the snobbery: “We don’t add sugar on principle”, “Only brew in a proper espresso machine”, “Didn’t taste the mango notes? Pff, obviously.”

All the signs of a specialty café

The beans in “Duck the Rules” don’t sit around in warehouses for years after roasting. We pack them on the third to seventh day after roasting, and the shelf life is one year — unlike the two or three years you see with global brands.

Our beans are roasted by hand by professional masters who make sure the coffee doesn’t burn and turn into charcoal. Each variety is treated individually to bring out the best in flavor.

We use a mix of beans — from Brazil to Ethiopia.
And even though the roasting is manual, professional equipment lets us deliver the same signature flavor month after month, so you won’t be caught off guard.

Espresso, cappuccino, flat white, raf-blaf — hey, call it whatever you like, brew it however you want, just make sure the beans are good. Beans shape 90% of the taste, no matter how you brew or what fancy porcelain you use.

This blend is 100% Arabica, roasted to a bold espresso level. It has none of that off-putting bitterness or the snobby guesswork about fruity notes. Just a solid base for tasty coffee under any circumstances

Rebel Brew

Need a boost? You got it. It’s no myth — coffee is a legit energy drink. But what most people don’t know is that Robusta holds the caffeine crown. We’re giving Robusta back its respect — it doesn’t ruin the flavor, it’s cheaper just because it’s easier to grow, and it totally deserves to meet the gourmets.

Robusta brings the punch and body, Brazilian Arabica brings that beloved taste. And if you’re thinking, “oh, Robusta’s just for cheap blends” — careful. We’re finishing our cup right now, and the rebel energy’s kicking in.ㅤ

Principles Matter

You say “yes, mom, I’m wearing a hat” and “yes, I ate” — because principles matter. And so does enjoying coffee in its purest form. This blend is roasted to a smooth medium and designed to be enjoyed alone in the morning, pinky finger raised (if you feel like it).

After this one, you won’t be scared of specialty coffee anymore. You might even catch a prune note — if it’s actually there. Just one ask: don’t look down on people who still go to cafés. Maybe they haven’t heard of us yet. Or maybe their barista really is hot.
