Scope
These terms set the rules between us (the Duck crew) and you (coffee hero) when you order from www.ducktherules.nl.
Long story short: you order – we roast, pack, and take off.

Product Information
We sell freshly roasted coffee — whole bean or ground. No dusty stock here. Every pack is labeled in English with product type, net weight, best-before date, and country of origin.

Price & VAT
All prices are final and VAT-inclusive — no mental math required. Shipping costs are shown before you click confirm, so no sneaky surprises.

Payment
Secure payment is processed through Shopify Payments (iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The total amount is charged immediately upon order confirmation. Your money leaves the account as fast as your first sip disappears.

Order & Delivery
We ship the next day.
If the post is swamped and our intern is birdwatching, it might take an extra day or two.
We don’t ship on weekends — we’re dreaming duck dreams on Saturdays and Sundays.
Delivery within the Netherlands is handled by PostNL and usually takes 1–3 business days.
Free shipping on orders of 5 packs or more. Share with neighbors — maybe you’re starting a coffee club without even knowing it.

Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon delivery. The moment you receive your package from the courier, it’s yours — glory, spills, and all.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Changed your mind?
Even rebels can change course.
You’ve got 14 days from delivery to say: “Nah, not for me.”
Email us at sales@ducktherules.com.ua and return the goods within another 14 days.

Returns & Refunds (no drama)
- We accept unopened and opened coffee packs.
- Didn’t love it? That’s okay. We’ll handle used coffee responsibly.
- Return shipping is at your expense (unless it’s our fault).
- We’ll refund your payment, including the original shipping fee, within 14 days of receiving the return — or a shipping confirmation.

Complaints Procedure
When Things Go Wrong
If something’s off, email us at sales@ducktherules.com.ua — we’ll reply within 72 hours (usually faster, our ducklings don’t slack).
If we can’t solve it together, you can escalate via the official EU platform:
