Changed your mind? Even rebels pivot.

Return window
EU law gives you 14 days to think it over — but we’re more generous: you get 30 days from delivery to shout, “Nah, not for me.”

How to kick-off a return
Shoot us an email at sales@ducktherules.com.ua with your order number — that’s your official “I’m out.”

Ship the goods back within 14 days of that email. (Yeah, the boring legal part.)

We’ll hit you back within 48 hours with the return address, packing tips, and a cheeky Quack.

No surprises: parcels showing up without a heads-up get boomeranged straight back.

What can come back
Sealed, untouched pouches — still proudly rocking their original glory.

Opened bags — we’ll savor the aroma, then compost or dispose of the leftovers responsibly.

Shipping
You cover the ride home unless we messed up (wrong item, damaged goods). Then the bill’s on us.

Refunds (still no drama)
Once we get your return — or solid proof it’s on the way — we fire off a full refund (including original shipping) to your payment method. Your bank should wrap it up within 14 days.
